Note: the reported IP reflects the connection this page is using, which the browser pools and reuses. If http shows h3 (HTTP/3 / QUIC), the connection migrates across network changes, so switching VPN may not change the IP here until a new connection opens (close all browser windows and reopen). Opera Proxy Resolution

Opera Mini / Opera mobile proxy through Opera's network, so Cloudflare sees the proxy IP. When detected, the real client IP is read from X-Forwarded-For and geolocated; the result is returned as the X-IpCountry response header.
